Clean rooms everything was in order and we really enjoyed the accommodations especially for our 1st time in Rotorua.highly recommend this place especially for big family getaways..thanks so much
We had great time & this place is very beautiful with all the amenities available. The host is very nice & responded immediately for any queries.I highly recommend this place.
Arguably the best property you could stay at in Rotorua. My friends are still complimenting me for finding the property as if I was the one who brought it to existence. The best sunrise view.

The location was great, enough spec for our group. Following things need attention 1. Cleanliness - its wasn't clean. the house in and out for full of webs, the dishes in the kitchen weren't clean, we had to hand wash them, the dishwasher - 2. The powder compartment was broken hence didn't close, 3. the place felt as if it was closed for days, had a musty smell, 4.Some light bulbs didn't work 5 General hygiene of the place wasn't at a good standard; we have to wipe everything before using 6. Should at least provide Salt and Pepper for guest, if not should mention it clearly on the booking site as supermarket is not that close by. 7. There were only 2 tea towels provided (small ones) 8. No hand towels in any of the bathrooms 9. No check out instructions - we couldn't find any.

The property had a beautiful view, however the building itself needs alot of upgrading and attention. Two of the room smell damp and we found out why very late at night. A shower was being used upstairs and somhow (we belive the plumbing to be faulty) water leaked through the roof into a cupboard with electrical equipment. It the also saturated the fools and cupboard in the two damp smelling rooms. This was a highly stressful and concerning event. The host was uncontactable untill the following day. She offers a 4 bedroom house for 7 guests as a remedy however this wouldnt work. We cordoned off the affected areas and stayed one more night as we were a netball team there for a tournament. I most probably would not book there again or recommend due to it needing lots of attention. We also could not pick up any wifi regradless of turning the router on and off as suggested by the host.
The host was great to keep in contact with thank you Jessica. Tha weekend was awesome in spite of very light rain the men's high light was the trout fishing just out the door. My high light was catching my first trout. The kids enjoyed been on the lake kayaking then the even the games room . Plenty of room the only downside was now bowls when we made puddings but would go back there again great spot . Made new family memories for 2026 . Five star stay
