A lovely holiday home which gets full sun, tobins walking and biking track along the Arrow River is just moments away, and is easily accessed
from this home. A six minute walk takes you into the shopping and restaurant areas of central Arrowtown. Queenstown is a 20 minute
drive from here. The home is cool in the summer and is well insulated, there are good heating options for the colder weather. Complimentary tea and coffee provided.
