Thanks for taking the time to place a review. It is always great to hear what a lovely time people had in our houses - so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to next time!
Exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, amazing views and great house. Be my guest were fantastic managers - we ran out of water on New Year’s Day and they fixed the problem within hours.
I enjoyed my stay great location for a holiday that involves going to restaurants and shops. Also the beach is super close. Amazing views from upstairs.
The bedroom upstairs is very noisy at night.
The driveway might be tricky for a nervous driver.
Beautifully clean unfortunately the carpet downstairs lets it down a little bit.
I would definitely go back but not if I wanted a super quiet going to bed early holiday.

LOUD
If you like loud bars and people on bar decks that hang feet away from your home and party past midnight then this might be a really good place for you. If you are like my family and are seeking to enjoy a relatively quiet getaway on the island then this should be a hard pass. Additional items include only 1 towel person in the home for a week stay. And the smoke detector in the master bedroom had been removed.Loved the Island and the beach but not this house in this location.
The upper level exceeded expectations because of the view & retractable wall of glass doors/windows. A little noisy in evenings but always quiet by midnight. However, the lower level smells musty & this is where most bedrooms are. Could be problematic if you have allergies. I would give the place 5 stars if it weren’t for that.

Needs a clean
the place needs a proper deep clean. On arrival there was a big coffee looking Stain on carpet downstairs. Generally looking pretty worn I.e shower downstairs is leaking and rotting the carpet, smells rotten and damp downstairs in bedrooms, downstairs toilet cistern won’t stop filling so runs during the night, remotes in tv were not working.
For the money I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Thanks for the feedback, we hope you had a great stay. We are so sorry that you had these issues. It has been a very wet spring, but the house is now well aired & dry. There are plans underway to tidy up the bathroom.
When we walked in the door - WOW. The whole upstairs was immaculate and spacious, and we could not get over the view of the bay. The house is absolutely central in Oneroa, and loved the ‘village’ atmosphere that we experienced there.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We loved it 😀
The property is lovely with amazing views and is in a great location. Only a short stroll to the bay and shops and restaurants. It is however a bit noisy on weekends being so close to the bars. We also felt the downstairs area needs some refurbishment with stained carpets, damp and not exceptionally clean.
We were impressed with the well equipped kitchen and the layout of the house. The view of the bay was delightful. The location suited us well as it was only a two minute walk to shops and buses.
There were a couple of things that needed attention downstairs sink did not drain appeared blocked. Downstairs toilet system needs attention.

Thanks for letting us know about these things, we were not aware of them but have now addressed them.
We hope you had a lovely stay & please do come back again.
Perfectly located in Oneroa township only metres from the Oneroa beach vista in front with restaurants and bars, along with all manner of convenience, grocers, wine, realestate and tourist shops just steps behind, this tidy roomy apartment style house is great for family or friends group wanting that central busy location. Comfortable inside with all expected amenities as well as nice soft beds and seating all around. Off-street parking for one vehicle is available but access is a bit tricky so suits a smaller-sized vehicle.
From the moment I booked until arrival, communication was flawless. On arrival, it was clear the location was perfect snd the house absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views and lovely little touches for us, wine, freshly ground coffee and olive oil. Heartfelt thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy the OTH weekend. Memories made forever :) will definitely be coming back. It was magical, thank you for everything.

Great view but noisy
The property is close to the shops, cafes etc and the beach which is great but trucks and forklifts at 6am don’t make for a truly great holiday
Very clean, comfortable beds, great view, well set up kitchen except needs better wine glasses and a dish brush & pot kit. Downstairs was a little musty smelling and had to be opened up & aired. Great central location but some noise from the local businesses as a result.
