The living area has a BluRay home theatre system with 50" plasma TV and Freeview. WiFi is available to guests. There is a heat pump/air conditioning in the downstairs living area.
A fully monitored alarm system has been installed for guest's peace of mind.
The large private deck is fenced and gated for privacy and security, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture provided for guests.
There is a large off-street parking area at the rear of the house for vehicles and/or boat, with an outside cold shower for that after-beach freshen up for sandy children.
This home is ideally suited for a maximum of 5 guests, with the option of 2 fold-up camp beds for small children. Upstairs is a bedroom with single bed, workstation & office chair, with separate bathroom/toilet facilities accessed off the upstairs hallway, Downstairs, along with all living facilities, are two Queen bedrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The downstairs bathroom facilities include a bath, shower, and vanity, and a separate toilet room. If you choose to have linen provided, it will not include for the camp beds. The separate laundry room includes Samsung auto washing machine.
This home has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, and walking distance to so many facilities. If you need to work while away, a corner workstation is provided in the upstairs bedroom with fibre internet access available. Buffalo Beach is a short walk away, as is the New World supermarket, the Mini Putt Golf, The Lost Spring, and the township

Bond: There is a refundable bond of $375.00 payable at the time of booking. This bond will be refunded after inspection of the property at the end of your stay.
