There is unlimited Wi-Fi and Sky TV including the Movies and Sports channels for those rainy days. The fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area allow for great entertaining! The master bedroom has an ensuite while the main bathroom has a bathtub along with a standalone shower. Step outside from the lounge or master bedroom to a sheltered patio area with outdoor dining and BBQ. Double garage parking and fenced backyard.

This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable home being shared with you, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo for this reason there may be a level of personal belongings.

This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
