A truly well presented two story `retro` style holiday bach with uninterrupted views of `Indicators Surf break` ocean and surf. Only minutes away from Raglan`s famous surf spots; Indicators, Whale Bay and Manu Bay - all within walking distance - a surfers paradise, 8.5km drive (12 mins) from Raglan township.
This home has been designed to engulf sunlight and sheltered from predominant winds. Enjoy the large deck upstairs which flows from master bedroom to main living areas and onto deck with BBQ. The kitchen is well fitted out with an open plan entertainers delight directly onto dining and lounge areas. with bifolds opening to outdoor living.
Smart 40` TV with Sky TV + BONUS Sky Sports Channels
LG bluetooth system.
Enjoy your own private spa surrounded with traditional NZ native ferns in absolute privacy of your own setting. Plenty of allocated sheltered space for surfboards + Outdoor Shower with hot water
Located at end of no exit road which allows for a quiet, relaxing haven to enjoy your time away.
Combination of bedding allows for:
1. Upstairs; Super King Bed
2. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 Singles in each bedroom (1 bedroom can accommodate a Super King Bed the other 2 Singles).
Sorry no pet policy.
Entire home for yourselves, no shared areas. Relish in views and awesome location, you will absolutely love this piece of paradise.
You are left to enjoy yourselves in this stunning location however as property manager, I am only a phone call away.
Whale Bay is the haven for surfers, if the surf is pumping the street with be aligned with cars however the area is not noisy and less crowded over Autumn-Winter months.
I would suggest you have a vehicle, as based at the `Bay`, 10 mins drive from Raglan township, so if need to, stock up upon arrival.
Location of holiday home, which is based out at Whale Bay has limited cell phone reception, however good wifi, so come prepared to completely chill out and relax.

3 night minimum booking over long weekends
Please note 16-19th Jan `25 (Sound Splash festival weekend), a mature adult must accompany younger guests, certain rules apply over this time.
