What makes our home truly special is the private, gated beach access, offering you uninterrupted sea views and direct entry to the world-class surf breaks of Whale Bay.

Fully self-contained and comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests, the house is both spacious and sheltered - perfect for relaxing on the sun-soaked deck while enjoying the coastal panorama.

With private gated beach access and a fully fenced section, our home is ideal for families and pet-friendly stays.

Down a private garden path, you’ll find a sheltered pergola with a large bar-style dining table—perfect for relaxed meals with friends and family. An outdoor stone fire pit provides a cozy spot to unwind at night, while the outdoor shower inside the gate makes rinsing off after a surf easy and convenient.

Fire up the family-sized BBQ on the main deck and gather around the spacious outdoor dining table to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and uninterrupted views of the ocean and surf.

The home is well equipped with an indoor fireplace on cooler nights, a large 65-inch HD Smart TV, Sky TV, Workstation, large dining tables both inside and outside, two full-size fridge freezers, a chest freezer, washing machine, dryer, and more.

We provide all linens, towels, free unlimited fibre Wi-Fi, a large HDTV with Sky, and everything you need for a comfortable, coastal escape.

Bedroom Layout:
• Master Bedroom (Upstairs): 1 King bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite featuring a toilet, basin and a
beautiful clawfoot bath overlooking the ocean.
• Queen Bedroom (Downstairs): 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2).
• Bunk Room (Downstairs): Sleeps up to 7 with 2 Queen beds, 1 set of single bunks, and 1 single
bunk above a Queen. Includes an ensuite with shower, toilet, and basin. We have 2 folding
screens available to use in this room for privacy between the beds, as shown in the photos.
• Dining Area: Fold-out sofa bed (sleeps 2).
• Main Lounge: Day bed-style couch (best suited for a child or occasional use).
There is also a main bathroom downstairs near the kitchen, equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin.

Guests per stay:
Please accurately state the number of guests when booking. We prepare and open only the rooms required based on the guest count provided. This helps us manage the property efficiently and offer the best possible experience. For example, with 4 guests, the large bunkroom remains closed and only the two main bedrooms are made available.

Cleaning Fee Options:
Our standard cleaning fee is $350 per booking, which reflects the size of the home and the work involved. However, we offer flexible options:
* If you supply your own linen and towels, we can reduce the cleaning cost.
* If you're happy to clean the house yourself and leave it in the same condition as found, the cleaning fee can be further reduced.
