Great place to live as individual or as small/big family.

Has 4 bedroom plus office room. 3 full washrooms, and powder room.

Great kitchen, near by grocery stores, Walmart, temple, and restaurants/fast good. very close the Mount Pleasant Go Station and Pearson Airport.

***Some furniture, paintings and bedding might differ due to wear and tear.***

NOTE: Basement is rented, they use right side of driveway parking, so please use left hand side. Basement has separate entrance, with no access to upstairs.

CHECK IN: You’ll receive an automatic message on your check in day with the check in code for the electronic door lock and parking reminders. Check in is at 3:30 pm and check out is at 10:30 am.

Early check-in/late check-out (More staff needed, so fees apply $50/hour)
Early check-ins can only be confirmed on request only. $100 if too much mess made.

SUPPLIES: We provide a starter supply of toiletries to include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

WIFI: Will be in your booking, along with the access code.

SMOKING: There is no smoking inside or outside the home and backyard. Smoking results in a $1000 fine.

CAMERAS: At front door and side entrances of the home.

MUSIC/NOISE: Absolutely no speakers with allowed as this disturbs the neighbors and basement people. Quiet times are from 9pm-8am. $100 to $500 fine based on use in quiet hours.

PARTIES: Not allowed (per policy)

PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets. ($500 fine)

There was people living in the basement Which is not usual when you rent a full home All furniture on the pictures not the same as real Home is clean Not a lot of cooking equipement

Not good!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my stay here. While the property itself matched the listing, my experience was ruined by the hosts’ unprofessional behavior. They seemed colorist in their treatment, and it was uncomfortable to have them entering and exiting the property during my stay, which completely violated my privacy. I went out of my way to leave the house spotless, even taking video evidence to document the condition I left it in, but now they’re attempting to scam me by claiming the place wasn’t cleaned. To make matters worse, even though check-out was clearly set for 11 a.m., they pressured me to leave before 10 a.m., which was not only unprofessional but incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a respectful and fair experience.

NO ONE ENTERED THE PROPERTY, EVERYTHING WAS REMOTEDLY MONITORED BY CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY.*** THINGS DONE WHICH WERE NOT ALLOWED: 1. THE GARAGE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED, IT WAS USED AND WEED AND SMOKING WERE DONE, WHEN SMOKING WAS PROHIBITED AT THE PROPERTY. 2. EVENTS/PARTIES NOT ALLOWED, STILL IT WAS DONE. 3. THE PROPERTY HAS QUIET HOURS RULES, WHICH WAS NOT RESPECTED, AND THE SPEAKER WITH LOUD MUSIC WAS USED TILL ALMOST 4 AM.
