High ceilings and wall-to-wall windows fill the expansive main floor with abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, pots, and pans—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay (food items not included). It opens to a peaceful living area and dedicated dining space, with a tranquil balcony just beyond—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen for easy vacation laundering.

Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious King bedroom featuring a large flat-screen TV and a laptop-friendly workspace. This room includes a generous walk-in closet, while the fully renovated bathroom—located just outside the bedroom—offers convenient access from both the bedroom and main living area. The bathroom features a tiled glass shower, updated vanity and countertops, and a stylish tiled floor.

Enjoy on-site tennis courts and a sparkling community pool, all just moments from the world-class amenities of Harbour Town. The Sea Pines Beach Club and Lawton Stables are a short bike or trolley ride away, and the Lighthouse Tennis complex is within walking distance of the Sea Pines Center’s boutique shops, restaurants, trolley stop, and bike rentals. Great place but very loud upstairs neighbor

I loved the location and the condo but the noise transfer between units was really tough. We were woken up every morning at 6:30 by clunking back-and-forth of feet for at least an hour. We did not get to sleep late at all on our vacation and we were also woken up multiple times in the night with foot steps back-and-forth in the apartment upstairs. I would say I would definitely stay here again. If the noise transfer wasn’t an issue the place was great and very well equipped but we are leaving our vacation tired.

Kitchen had all we needed. Large bedroom and shower were nice. We liked hanging out on the balcony after the beach and seeing the turtles and gator in the lagoon!Great location, walk to shops and restaurants at Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center and bike to beach. Place comes with free bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and there is also a trolley stop right there! Would definitely stay here again!

2381 Lighthouse Tennis Villas

Nicely accomodated one bedroom in a great location . Nice deck view of the pool and pond. Air conditioner works great. Only two issues we had was a non performing very old bedroom TV. Could not get it to work nor could property mgr. Starlight was a no show to check cable box. Property people were responsive an let us check out late as compensation. Only thing you won’t like here is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors every single step throughout the place. Probably no cure for that but it is annoying especially if the neighbors have kids running through the place.

Fantastic Winter Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are snowbirds that stayed at this villa from Dec. 1924 through March 2025.The unit was nicely furnished, comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. My wife enjoyed having her morning coffee on the deck. As an extra benefit, the deck faced the sun for most of the day, so we could enjoy sunshine while sitting on the deck. The unit came with two bikes that we could use. It was very close to Harbor Town and the nearby shopping plaza and a very short drive or bike ride to the beach and many great restaurants. Although it was winter, they kept the pool area real clean. We spent many hours at the beach and pool. We have already booked this villa for next year. We would highly recommend this villa.
