Takapuna with own beach access
This is a beautiful family home in one of Takapuna's best streets. Warm and
sunny with indoor/outdoor flow on all levels, and close-up views from the
kitchen, lounge/dining and top floor bedroom.
The position is central to everything Takapuna has to offer, from its world
class cafes, bars and restaurants, movies, theatre, shopping malls to its safe
and clean sandy beach and even surf on the reef in a big NE swell.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with European appliances, including
a bench-top grill and deep fryer, large fridge/freezer with cold water and ice
maker.
Ample off street parking.
Small private fully fenced tropical garden off the three down-stairs bedrooms
with outdoor furniture and bar-b-q also on the lower level. Spa pool is available for use over the winter months but will be switched off in summer. Please note that our spa pool cover does not have functioning clips and so cannot be locked.
It's the perfect beach house for a summer holiday where you can swim, walk
along the beach to the famous beachfront cafe, or along the road to numerous
other cafes, restaurants, movies and shopping.
And, just 3 minutes drive from Auckland's main North/south motorway, and
five minutes walk to main bus station in Lake Rd. Take the harbour bridge to
downtown Auckland City in ten minutes,
