Tucked away above Browns Bay in a quiet cul-de-sac, this bright and spacious coastal retreat is ideal for couples, friends, families, remote work stays, and longer getaways.

The standard rate includes access to 2 bedrooms — ideal for couples and smaller groups.

Travelling with more guests? The home comfortably sleeps larger groups, with the third bedroom included for bookings of more than 4 guests (additional guest fees apply).

If you’re booking for 4 guests or fewer but would like all 3 bedrooms available, the third bedroom can be added for $50/night.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please switch off lights and AC/heating before you go, also dispose of trash in the outdoor bins near the entrance and empty the fridge of your belongings.
Kindly place used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket and leave the keys on the table in the office space area, and make sure the door is locked securely on the inside.
We kindly ask guests to respect our home and personal items.Please do not take any household items, décor, books, or personal belongings as souvenirs.All items in the home must remain on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We’d appreciate it if you could keep cooking mild on the spices — it helps keep the space fresh for everyone.
To keep things fresh and ant-free, please enjoy food and drinks in the common areas only, not the bedrooms.

Excellent property, really clean, comfortable and felt like home right away. It’s also just a walk away from local amenities, which is really convenient. We loved the costal walk and views and the laid back vibe of Browns Bay was really relaxing.Mina was an excellent host and looked after any queries we had quickly and without any issue.We will definitely consider this property again next time we’re in Auckland.

Convenience and comfort

Quiet, comfortable in a very convenient location. Beds, shower, aircon all excellent. Note slightly limited cooking (2 ring hob) and narrow access lane (parking is available on the road). I would definitely choose this property again though.
