In a guarded Residence "le Casino" on the 4th floor/5 with elevators, very nice air-conditioned apartment of 49m2 50m from the beaches in the center of Menton. Bright calm overlooking interior garden and tastefully decorated.
Comfortable and very well kept apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom with bidet, separate W.C with shower. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a real 140 retractable bed, 1 XXL LED TV, FIBER internet, plenty of storage.
The Tourist Office is located near the apartment in the magnificent Jardin Biovès delimited by the Casino Barrière , who will advise and guide you in all the activities, exhibitions, gardens to discover during your stay in Menton.
The car is not essential 😉
A public car park with 24/24 guard is nearby from the apartment and parking in Rue Pasteur is free.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, ben equipaggiato e la gentilezza della padrona di casa, Micheline. Abbiamo parecchio gradito la comodità della posizione centrale e al tempo stesso apprezzato la totale assenza di rumorosità all'interno degli ambienti dato che l'alloggio, dotato di due balconcini, si affaccia sul giardino condominiale. Sceglierei nuovamente di soggiornare in questo appartamento se dovessi ritornare a Menton!

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement très bien situé dans la ville et particulièrement pour profiter des festivités autour de la Fête du citron. Il est bien équipé et au calme. Micheline s'est montrée disponible, accueillante et très attentionnée à notre égard tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Elle est adorable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ;)

Très bon séjour
Appartement confortable, bien équipé, très propre, au calme, dans une résidence idéalement située, à 50 m de la mer et proche de la vieille ville. En période de canicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clim.
Convient parfaitement pour 3/4 personnes. Très bon accueil de Micheline. Merci pour sa disponibilité et les informations fournies.
