The present residence is on the site of the former Motuotaraia Homestead. It is surrounded by the greenery of rural life, from the old station buildings to the sheep, cattle and deer grazing in the paddocks. This accomodation is located 20 minutes from the Waipukurau township, nearby the quaint Wanstead Church.
