About this property

House with a view of the ocean, just a few steps from the beach

House facing the sea located near a small picturesque port in the Cotentin.
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that leads to the beach, it is attached to another house.
The house is composed of:
Ground floor: living room (living room, kitchen) and bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.
Floor 1: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160*200 bed and the other with 2 90*190 beds) and bathroom with toilet and bathtub
Floor 2: sleeping area on the mezzanine (max height 1.60m) with 2 beds 80*200 that can be pushed together to make a bed of 160. Accessible by a steep staircase (not recommended for young children and the elderly).

From July 1st to August 31st, entry and exit will be only on Saturdays (rental from Saturday to Saturday).
The rental may be governed by a contract.
For long stays: a contribution to the charges may be requested. Do not hesitate to contact me for rates according to the length of your stay.

The rental price of the accommodation does not include linen or end-of-stay cleaning, these options can be subscribed in addition to the rental price:
Optional paid options not included in the rental price of the accommodation:
- household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) available for €10 per person,
- End of stay cleaning for 80€

Beachside house with amazing view

We loved this house which was right by the sea and Plage de Collignon. Great for a stay with young children as access to the beach is easy. Local restaurants and shops also very good and easy to reach.

On a laissé notre coeur dans cette maison.Une maison propre, très très bien organisèe, accessible, avec un vue panoramique à couper le souffle.Madame Josse nous a suivi du moment de notre installation jusqu'à notre partence avec sa présence indispensable et discrète.Tout près de la maison una plage merveilluse, des piste cyclables exceptionnelles, une nature jamais vue jusqu'à présent, des couleurs inoubliables.Un grand centre commercial très bien fourni et une poissonnerie avec du poisson frais et cuisiné de la manière la plus variée sont aux alentours de la maison.Point de vue logistique cet hébergement nous a permis de rejoindre des endroits différents comme Saint-Malo, Mont Saint Michelle, Honfleur, Le Havre, Deauville, Trouville, Etretat, Lisieux, Rouen, Barfleur, Gatteville-le Phare, Coutences étant la maison bien localisée par rapport aux point d'intéret de la Region.Tout cela nous manque déjà beaucoup! La maison est agréable, bien équipée et avec une vue incroyable. Un bémol pour la chambre à deux lits simples sous les toits qui ne convient pas du tout pour deux adultes. L'espace est très restreint et on ne peut pas du tout tenir debout. L'accès est raide pour des enfants également.

Une belle petite habitation avec vue exceptionnelle

Une belle petite habitation parfaite pour un we. Face à la mer, ideale pour faire une ballade jusqu'à la digue est de Cherbourg, très bien située dans le port typique du Becquet, proche à pied des commerces de proximité. La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Pas de surprise. La vue est exceptionnelle!
