No need to worry about steps or elevators, you can walk right out onto the beach!

My family loved it. Great spacious rooms, just steps to the beach, pool was fantastic, if anything did come up that we needed help with they were responding quickly. We are definitely coming back.

Awesome Time

Very nice place to kick your feet up and enjoy the sea breezes. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. People here are so friendly. Monique, the owner is such a wonderful and kind person. Her place is clean and welcoming. Throughly enjoy coming here every year

Excellent location for a quiet vacation. Very spacious and comfortable condo.

Renting from Monique and Sal was a joy. They were very happy to make sure we were happy. We will certainly rent from them again if the opportunity arises.

Monique and Sal were so helpful and was there when we needed them. Wish we could of meant them when they were in town. Maybe next year when we come in Feb. Their place is clean and nice. Perfect spot to walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect spot to walk to the beach and Pier. The other owners and renters were so fun to be with. Love to come back every year.

Comfortable and roomy for the beach

We stayed about 7 weeks to transition from our condo sale in Florida to our move to Denver. We wanted to be close to the beach again and needed work space for the two of us and our needs and desires were met with Monique's Condo. Monique is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Entry with the keyless lock was simple as the code is changed to the code that is easy for you to remember. Our dog loved it too.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location is great with especially easy access because both the pool and the ocean are just steps away. The condo is big with plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed. Monique was great to work with and answered all our questions immediately. We will definitely stay here again when in Cocoa Beach!
