About this property

Little Kaiteriteri - Elevated Sea Views

Lovely, relaxed bach living in this Lockwood home with wonderful views of the ocean and just a short 3 minute walk to the beautiful golden sands of Little Kaiteriteri Beach. Very comfortable with an open plan layout, great toddler-safe decks to enjoy the views and sun, throw open the many sliding doors in summer and be cosy with the fire in winter.

Now with new bathroom and second toilet.

Close to the Mountain Bike Park and only a 10 minute walk to the shop, restaurants and activities. Abel Tasman National Park is just a short boat ride away. A 20 minute drive to the supermarket in Motueka

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

There is a roach infestation problem in the kitchen, and a general cleanliness problem throughout the house. We did enjoy the front deck overlooking the water and star gazing at night.

Beach retreat

We had a great visit in little Kaiteriteri. The kayaks were a bonus for the teenagers and we loved being so close to the quiet beach of little Kaiteriteri.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Little Kaiteriteri is the perfect spot to explore the area and the bach is comfortable and has very nice views. Would come back again.

Stayed in little kaiteriteri for a weekend. Great spot, close walks near by. Nice half day trip to Anatoki salmon. Clean, tidy and spacious house. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. Thank you Barbara

Family Pre-Christmas Holiday

We just LOVED it! Perfect for us - hubby and I and our 3 mostly adult children (17-21 yrs). So relaxing. Location is fantastic - wonderful views, a short wander to the (gorgeous!) beach, or over to main Kaiteriteri, and supplies at Motueka are not far away. Spent our time chilling at the beach, cycling in the nearby mountain bike park, having coffee at Kaiteriteri and reading and playing cards on the deck.Would definitely come back!

What a great cosy bach in a perfect location. We loved the proximity to the beach and the views and enjoyed playing board games at night. We really enjoyed our last few days and it was a perfect way to end off our south island trip. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

A great escape

Lovely deck and views. Close to beach. Had all we needed. Didn't use TV. Shower was not good at all with no pressure but bathroom was nice. We were happy as apart from shower and no windows seat as this had been removed which was sad.

Beautiful Bach

This house was mostly perfect for our family to stay in. Great size, views to die for, very close walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Easy to check in with instructions from Barbara. The only downside was the shower pressure (although my 3 daughters were not able to use up all the hot water so there is that!!). Would still stay here again.
