About this property

Fantastically beautiful penthouse apartment with sea view and WLAN

Our lovingly furnished penthouse apartment located in the attic of the house in the beach park Großenbrode Sea Dune. The in-house elevator takes you comfortably up to our apartment. Also from our gallery you have the elongated windows a gorgeous view from the. 5 Floor of the Baltic Sea. Of course a special charm also has our sauna. Not only in autumn and winter, a real treat .... also in the spring and summer after a downpour a great pleasure. Our bathroom with large skylight, sauna and spa shower does the rest for a true relaxing vacation! Two bedrooms with one double bed (one on the gallery with additional large TV) are available to our guests. The large living area offers a sitting area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (we have new chairs in the dining area acquired). On the roof terrace (east facing) you can enjoy the hours of sunshine under the umbrella with a book or the great sea view. In a 14-day booking we do the final cleaning for you.
A private parking in available.
For your brought bikes is a bike shed available.

Whether traveling alone, in pairs or in threes: The apartment is the ideal place to let your mind wander to relax, switch off from everyday life and thoughts. The wonderful view from the balcony and from the apartment on the Baltic Sea, the walks, trips to Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, Weißenhäuser beach - plenty of ways to enjoy the time relaxing or to be filled with activities. Also for families, the apartment can be used.

Die Wohnung war einfach toll, die Ausstattung genau wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu viert da und hatten keine Platzprobleme. Alles super sauber und die Küche sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Auch das Haus von außen ist sehr ansprechend im Vergleich zu manch anderem Gebäude in der Umgebung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut gelegen... Es war genau der richtige Ort um Abstand vom Alltag zu bekommen. Besonders schön war es, dass ich noch das Wochenende dranhängen konnte, da die Wohnung noch nicht vermietet war. Ich werde diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und komme auch sehr gerne wieder.
