Our apartment is located in the newly built Baltic Sea residence, which already stands out for its unique design, right on the white south beach of Großenbrode.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, has a south-west location, is easily accessible by elevator and offers from the balcony and the panoramic windows a wonderful sea view.
Enjoy the sun and the mild, maritime climate of our large, partially covered balcony with relax chairs and loungers. The large, bright living room with fireplace, the dining area with open, fully equipped and plenty of storage space provided kitchen and the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are modern, high quality and lovingly furnished. Equipped with washing machine, condenser dryer, microwave, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, mini safe, travel cot, highchair, the apartment offers an exceptionally complete equipment.
The spacious wellness area with whirlpool and sauna meets even the highest demands. A guest bathroom with vanity is also available. For your entertainment you will find a large flat screen TV in the living room with stereo and CD / DVD player and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player in the bedroom. A WLAN connection is available to our guests free of charge.
Equipped with central and underfloor heating and the stove, the apartment offers all comfort in the cold season. A space in the closed underground car park is available free of charge for your vehicle.
