Welcome to Fairport, a quintessential bach at Mangawhai Heads boasting stunning views, a quick 2-minute walk from the estuary, ideal for swimming and water sports. For beach lovers, the stunning Mangawhai Heads Beach is also a short 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, offering scenic walks, surfing opportunities, and refreshing ocean air.
Start your mornings with a freshly brewed cup of your favorite coffee, enjoying the sights and sounds of Mangawhai Heads. The front patio provides a perfect outdoor dining spot with expansive views across the harbour to the dunes. The rear patio is a sunny sheltered space on breezy days or if you simply want a quieter space to relax. Its perfect for cooler evenings with an outdoor fireplace to gather and enjoy the starry night sky. Inside, the bach features a spacious open-plan living area, ideal for bringing everyone together and creating cherished memories.
Whether you want to unwind with a good book, stream a movie, or stay connected with the WiFi, this space has you covered. For year-round stays, an indoor fireplace and heat pump in the living area allow you to set the perfect temperature and create a cosy atmosphere. There is a full-size kitchen plus a BBQ ready for you to whip up delicious feasts, with the convenience of a dishwasher making clean up a breeze.
The bach offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This includes a Master with a Queen and private ensuite, another bedroom with a Double, and a third bedroom with a Single Bunk set and a Single with trundler bed, making it comfortable for families or groups. Fairport's location is ideal, with the local supermarket just an eight-minute drive away. If you're in the mood for something more, the town of Mangawhai is only 10 minutes away, offering a variety of cafes, restaurants, a chocolate boutique, and the famous Mangawhai tavern. Fairport promises balmy days filled with sun, sand, and surf!

1. There is a small sleepout shown in some photos of the exterior of the bach, please note this is not included in the rental.
2. Bedroom 3 now has a Single Bunk plus Single with trundler, so is different to the configuration shown in the photos of this room.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
