Cheviot Views - Gorgeous apartment-style accommodation with extensive views in handy location

What a spot - perched overlooking the estuary and the magnificent sand dunes, this gorgeous apartment-style accommodation is awaiting a single or couple to come and enjoy all that Mangawhai has to offer. Access to the estuary is just a stroll down Lincoln St and you can also walk to the golf course, cafes and shops and the Mangawhai Activity Zone.
Cheviot Views was inspired by apartment style living and has been designed to comfortably accommodate a couple. The accommodation is detached from the main house where the owners live and has been designed to give you privacy during your stay.
Cooking facilities are in the form of a kitchenette with a 2 hot plate hob and microwave oven or alternatively just fire up the BBQ! There is a small bar fridge to keep your supplies cold.
Please note the following:

The kayaks shown in the photos are no longer available for use.
The only off-street parking is on the grass in front of the unit but it can be parked on unless very wet. There is parking on the side of the road immediately in front of the unit.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
