As the house is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, it is equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Regarding the linen, what was provided fully corresponded to your initial booking: one set of bed linen per person, as well as the towels included. At your request, we nevertheless provided additional linen free of charge so that you could wash and use it during your stay. The pool was around 30°C due to the heatwave during your stay; under these conditions, the heat pump could not be activated without the risk of making the water too warm. Furthermore, the VRBO listing does not state that there is a television in every bedroom. Regarding the garden, the lawn is maintained regularly by the gardeners, generally every 15 days, and more often when necessary. We are also surprised by the comments regarding the windows, as particular care is taken to ensure the cleanliness of the house before each arrival, including the cleaning of the windows. Finally, we responded positively to all your requests during your stay, including those that were not part of the initial booking. You communicated with us regularly, without raising these points while you were staying at the property. We are nevertheless pleased to note that you described the property as exceptional.

Madame, Je suis très surpris de la teneur de votre message car à l’issue de votre séjour je vous demandais par sms si votre séjour avait été agréable. Vous m’aviez répondu « Oui nickel merci – nous avons bien profité et la maison était vraiment super pour nous […]» Comme annoncée dans l’annonce, le centre-ville est à 10 km et la maison se situe en pleine campagne aixoise. Par conséquent, il est possible que des animaux puissent à un moment donné aboyer et/ou piquer. Croyez-bien que j’en suis désolé ! En ce qui concerne le parasol, vous avez eu la gentillesse au milieu de votre séjour de m’informer que vous aviez oublié de fermer le parasol par grand vent et que ce dernier était en lambeau. Votre propos était illustré de photos et je vous en remercie. Je vous ai indiqué que votre assurance couvrait ce genre de dommage et que vous feriez l’objet dès lors d’une facturation d’un parasol.
