Studio on Bay View...

We are happy to offer an affordable, modern, comfortable, safe quality studio apartment for holiday rental.

We would love you come and stay and relax in our studio accommodation. With it's open plan living / bedroom with a lovely King bed and ensuite, wall mounted swivel TV (featuring Netflix and Free to View) which allows you the choice to view from either the luxury of your bed or living area. Free Wifi is also available.

All quality linen and towels provided, plus fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and toast making facilities.

We also have a BBQ with a side burner, positioned undercover just outside on your patio for guests sole use.

Excellent indoor / outdoor flow through double doors opening out onto the private patio.

Ideal, whether holidaying, taking a break or visiting family and friends, we welcome you to take advantage of our location, excellent neighbourhood, and spacious studio so you can enjoy all that the Nelson region has to offer.

A wonderful stay in Nelson!

My wife and I loved staying at Carolyn's place. The view is wonderful and the drive to downtown is easy! The place was spotless and Carolyn was an amazing host! We will try and stay again if we ever visit Nelson!

Excellent view from the property. Clean and comfortable.

Such a relaxing place to stay and the scenery is stunning. Comfy bed too and a spacious bathroom and walk in closet.Kitchen facilities really needs a sink in the food prep area. Microwave and bbq available but no oven or hot plates. Ideal if you’re only using this place for breakfast and sleep which describes my stay really.

A really good location near to Nelson but not in the city with a fantastic view of the bay. The studio has just about everything you need and is well appointed and comfortable. Carolyn checked occasionally but wasn’t obtrusive. We were extremely appreciative when she informed us of an overnight road closure and at the last minute she was much more flexible than she needed to be to slightly shift our dates. Thanks Carolyn!

An enjoyable, peaceful stay

A very comfortable and well-equipped space in a lovely location just outside Nelson. Carolyn is a generous, genial host. The only drawback: the kitchenette is not equipped with a sink so you must use the bathroom sink for some food prep and cleanup.
