We had a wonderful two nights stay at this place as the place is very clean, quiet, spacious and very well equipped.

Thank you for your review, and I agree with everything you say. It is the home of some longstanding Rotorua business people who are prepared to make it available. It has all their own furnishings and is really a home and not a place just set up as a rental property. When guests want to book the property they go and stay with family members locally, or at Mt Maunganui.

The host allowed us to drop gear off early before check-in so we could go boating with friends on the lakes. The house was perfect for the two family's annual week stay in Rotorua over summer. It was a great rental price.

What a great time in Rotorua

We had such a great time in Rotorua. This property gave us a home away from home, with quick access to the Redwoods and all the other lovely things to do and see in the area.

The house has everything you could possibly need on a holiday. We really liked that we could take our dogs with. Location could not be better, you can literally walk to the Redwood Forrest and we did, several times. I saw in a comment that the yard was not fully fenced, so I took a roll of plastic squares with to close the gap. It would be great if a gate could be added or something done to make it fully fenced. We had a fantastic time and loved the house. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house.

Warm and welcoming house!

Property manager was easy to communicate with, property was as described. Well appointed home with plenty of space that caters for all ages. The heated bathroom floors were a bonus! House was in a convenient location just out of the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough if you need to head into town to pick anything up. Highly recommend a stay here!

Rotorua Stay

Overall good stay. Location is great as you are close to a lot of activities eg the luge, redwoods and blue lake. Only downside was the BBQ was unusable as it was mouldy from previous guests and the back garden was not fenced all the way round which would have been good as we were travelling with 2 small dogs (the side not shown in photos is open). Otherwise great property to stay at in a lovely and quiet location.

Amazing house with a character

The location is amazing for mountain bikers, the forest is very close and you can leave the car at home and just paddle to the tracks. The city centre is close by and convenient to go to as well. It’s a very nice cottage, comfy beds, great set up. Kids were happy with the TV, toys and books. Overall, great experience

Ideal for a large family group

Good layout with 3 bedrooms and a pulll-out sofa in 4th room. Good sized kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of hot water for 9 people. Appreciated being able to park both our cars safely in garage. Worked well for our family, also good sized dining table for us all to eat around. Wifi and Sky TV also well received
