Perfect for Family & Friends - Fantastic spacious beach house

This large sunny holiday home is close to the beach and a perfect place for families or groups to enjoy a relaxing break. There are no TV's or computers but a lovely sunny deck and garden with plenty of outdoor games. For rainy days there are loads of books, games and puzzles and a ping pong table.

Otaki Beach is a beautiful beach in a sunny settlement. There is a surf lifesaving club (so children can swim between the flags). The house is a short walk from the local store and cafe and is directly opposite a fantastic playground. It is a short drive or bike ride from all that Otaki has to offer including outlet shopping, great walks at Otaki Forks and along the river, horse riding, surfing and some fabulous cafes.

The house includes 4 bedrooms with King beds which can each be separated into two single beds. There is also a kids sleeping area with 2 single beds and 2 trundle beds and an upstairs living area with a single bed. All bedrooms are located upstairs.

There are two separate bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Along with separate laundry.

Note:
1. In 2022 due to Covid the cleaning and linen fee will be mandatory for all stays.
2. A refundable security deposit may be required for large groups
3. Due to Covid-19 and for the health of our guests we require all guests over 12 to have had at least one vaccination shot. Please do not be offended if we request proof of vaccination prior to your stay. We are also requiring that the cleaning fee is mandatory for all guests to ensure we have a high level of cleaning in the property.
4. Please respect our neighbours and we ask for no loud noise or music after 10pm.
