Welcome to our charming home in the heart of Papamoa East! This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom home, along with a small dedicated kids' playroom (with tv), offers a perfect getaway for families and friends looking to enjoy the beauty of the region.

Space:
Our home features three cozy bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own private retreat. Ideally the property is suitable for 6 guests however additional guest can be considered upon request. (children in porta cots etc) An additional room has been thoughtfully set up as a kids' playroom for your little ones. With 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, there's no need to wait in line for the shower after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

Recently Renovated Kitchen:
Step into our modern and inviting kitchen, recently renovated to provide you with all the comforts you need during your stay. This fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, including a large fridge to store your groceries and a convenient bar fridge to keep your beverages perfectly chilled.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and keep up with work or share your vacation moments with friends and family. After a day of adventures, unwind in the inviting spa pool, perfect for soothing tired muscles and relaxing under the stars. Heaven in Papamoa

We had the best experience, and was presented a house which felt like home. Its a credit to Jo and Latham, for their excellent service, which made our stay so memorable. As soon as we walked through the door, we instantly relaxed into our holiday. The position to the beach and surrounding shops was excellent, and the outdoor shower was a hit. We have re booked for next year, and cant wait to bring our family and dog back down to Papamoa.

A relaxing break at Papamoa Beach

We were two sets of parents with two six year old daughters, and we enjoyed this spacious and comfortable family home. The outdoor area with louge seating, dining, bbq, outdoor shower and jacuzzi was a great place to relax in the evenings, and the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. We made good use of the proximity to the beach, creekside trail, local amenities and a playpark for the kids. Comfortable bedrooms, a trampoline and wendy house for the kids, and a dog door and grassy area for the pet whippet made it the perfect stay for us - Thanks Jo and Latham!

Clean, modern, spacious with spa and outdoor shower

I'm usually VERY picky about where we stay whilst on holiday and this accommodation surpassed all my expectations. It was very clean and tidy and had all sorts of added value items such as new kitchen, dishwasher, cooking facilities, wine fridge. The spa pool is also new and very clean - was awesome after a day at the beach. PLUS there is a funky outdoor shower. There is also a second TV room (a converted bedroom) where the kids loved to hang out away from grown ups. The location is great - 5 mins max walk to the beach. It is situated in a lovely quiet family friendly neighbourhood. It was great we could also take our dog on holiday with us - he thoroughly enjoyed himself! Communication with the owner was excellent. We will absolutely be back to stay. Can highly recommend.

Perfect family getaway

Joanne was incredibly helpful through the checking in process and accommodated a late change in dates (thank you). The house could not be in a better location just a stroll away from Henry and Teds cafe, restaurants and of course the amazing Papamoa beach. This has to rate as one of our best family holidays and it was really cool that we were able to bring our pooch along as well. We will definitely be back 👍

Amazing, relaxing home

This was our second time staying at this property. We absolutely loved it, close to everything you would need for a relaxing, stress free holiday. Joanne is amazing and so accommodating. The fact that we can take our 2 dogs with makes this even better. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Great house in a perfect location

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything you needed and more. Jo was so accommodating and easy to deal with. We did not have to worry about leaving the dogs as it had a great fence. Barely used our car as everything we needed was in walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Convenient

This comfortable home is located a short 5min stroll from the beach which is accessible via several easy Beach Access walkways. Featuring all the requirements for a relaxed stay with a great outdoor area including BBQ, there is also a fantastic aamenities centre 3 minutes away with Cafe, SuperMarket, bars, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. What more could you ask for?

Awesome place, close to everything

Great stay here for my 40th birthday. Stayed with two friends, my husband, and they even allowed my dog. Really close to the beach, a cafe, a pub, a four square and a few restaurants. Not far into Mount Maunganui. Left us some coffee, bowls for the dog, both were much appreciated plus had WiFi, TV, BBQ, everything you could need.
