Your own private house..near the most beautiful beach approximately 3 minute walk and surroundings. Bird life galore, hiking, swimming, kayaking, tennis, fishing etc. Handy to Coromandel township 20 mins drive away for supplies, 30 minute drive to Whitianga.
The perfect place to unwind, with privacy, have a break and enjoy the rejuvenating balance. Room for the boat on site - flat lawn, with concrete driveway pad, partially-near fully fenced bordering small bush reserve, at the end of a right of way. In the middle of two beaches - New Chums and School house bay (Opera Point area) plus bang in the middle is Whangapoua - One of the most beautiful beaches and area on earth!
Super comfy two bedroom bach with mod cons and luxury - you will never want to leave , the memories will always stay with you of this magnificent place....
Special conditions:
2 bedrooms consisting of x2 Queen size beds.
Inside Bathroom (shower, vanity & toilet) with extra separate toilet including outdoor hot water shower. Even a great place for a Winter getaway with heatpump, Netflix and electric blankets. You may find yourself the only one on the beach! Lucky you if it's nice and sunny which some winters can be!

On arrival there is nothing to do - Linen & Towels provided - beds are made up, towels (beach and showering) also basics provided - help yourself to the basic stocked up pantry (included); Linen (included); Extras: Cleaning $70.00 per stay.

Super enjoyed this place, great big outdoor area and loving the big doors opening out to the beautiful yard full of trees, banana trees even. Very private with plenty of room. One comment. The house was advertised as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. ( Also did say in later blurb that one shower was outside. ) I wonder if it should say, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets & outside shower. Apart from that, lovely.

Sharing this beautiful location with travelers alike who wants a taste of this Beautiful East Coastline of NZ. Bringing together the flavours and lifestyle to all, to lap up and enjoy whilst on holiday or a sneaky getaway weekend retreat.
With my previous experience flying with Air NZ I know how important it is to make travelling a wonderful and exciting experience in the Air and on the Ground! Whangapoua waves is the balance between air and sea and how life should be making comfort zones all around connecting our world as one.
