The perfect spot for a family or small group looking for a great getaway, this home is set up for fun & relaxation. Plenty of games, movies, kitchen tools, &
propane in the BBQ - this house is ready for your next vacation. 20 min to Chelan, 50 minutes to Leavenworth. Sleeps 6.

There is plenty of fun to be had in this Sun Cove community (with nice large pool, boat launch, tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball, club house, & play ground), & it is very close to wineries, golf, water slides, snow skiing, & more.

PET FREE/SMOKE FREE/PARTY FREE PROPERTY.
HATE HAS NO HOME HERE. ALL ARE WELCOME.

Please note that by booking you are agreeing to the following:
This is a pet-free/party-free/smoke free property (inside and out).
This reservation is for a maximum of (# of people registered <6) people.
The registration form that Sun Cove HOA requires must be completed <24 hours prior to arrival. Front door entry code will be supplied once this is done.
2 vehicle max in driveway. This includes cars/boats.
Lost key card (for trash compactor and club house) fee $50.
Lost parking pass fee (must be used when parking in community parking areas $25.
Only human waste and toilet paper in toilets. No food/grease down kitchen sink.
Requests for adjusted dates will be considered for extensions but not for reductions in stay.
Check out procedures are posted on the refrigerator.
Cleaning fees added by cleaner due to excessive mess will be passed onto the guest.
Avoid tampering with security cameras (street view, driveway view).

New house in a boating neighborhood

Newly built house, nicely clean, large neighborhood pool with nice views, tennis courts, suitable for boating. The beach is small. We drove daily to Lake Chelan for beach time and paddle boarding.
