Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property! My Aunt, 2 Uncles and Cousin from the UK stayed there with my Dad. This was their first time in N.P. and they were more than impressed. 110% perfect.

Good Stay Until the Beetles came

Rusty fans, flickering lamps, and broken open window in the garage aside this was a beautiful and well maintained property that would have probably earned a 5 star review however almost all of the windows arent fully sealed when closed and when we left the lights on after sunset we had to remove about 100 beetles from the dining area and about 100 more from aeound the only TV on the property

Beach Stay

Fantastic large 2 storey home looking over the road to the beach. Easy walk to town. Easy to book and good communication throughout. Perfect property for our family stay. Property just needs a little TLC - peeling wallpaper and clean up of back yard. This however did not affect our stay in the slightest.

A little tired but that is reflected in the price. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy, as well as some basics such as paper towels in the kitchen and a coffee plunger but all in all, a great place to stay.

Lots of space. All good . the oven we couldn’t get to work, but it wasn’t a biggie just worth telling you. Great location for getting around the city as we just walked to most places.

Stunning location and view.Very frugal on essentials, only one bath towel each for 9 guests for our 4 nights stay.Not enough coat hangers, master bedroom had 3 coathangers, we had Wedding finery to hang up for 9 guests.Frugal kitchen essentials, 3 teatowels for 9 guests staying 4 nights, tiny box of milk in fridge on arrival for 9 guests, half small bottle of unlabelled cooking oil, dishwasher tablets don’t fit dishwasher, not enough dinner plates, dining table too small, patio door off dining area doesn’t open, would have liked to use BBQ but too difficult to get outside into shockingly unkempt back garden.No clothes dryer.

Great location with just biking everywhere. Very poorly maintained house, some of the doors and windows wouldn’t open due to hinges stuffed. Sleeping for 10 people and that’s all the plates and knife and forks u got. So always having to set dishwasher. Don’t have visitors for tea. The back area of the section where u hang out the washing is so overgrown. Plus is great views.

Stunning Oceanfront View - Easy Walk to Downtown

We loved this place. Entire wall facing the ocean is windows, plus spacious veranda with table to enjoy view from outside. The street in front is actually a quiet, residential street. Locals park there and then walk into to town to work, etc. which is fine. Parking is super easy because the house includes a 2+ car garage. It was also a great place to keep the bikes we rented overnight. 3 spacious bedrooms plus a nice but smaller 4th. Couch is comfortable for sleeping if needed. Huge living/kitchen area, all with ocean views. Easy access to famous waterfront bike/walking path. You can close doors to hallway to bedrooms for excellent privacy/noise buffer from living area. Garage door opening allowed us to easily pull in and park our minivan. French press coffee maker provided, plus hot pot and instant coffee. We would happily stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: House needs a bit of TLC, the sink incinerator was absolutely foul smelling, we push a couple of lemons through there and it seemed to clear the worst of it away, the extractor above the stove is totally unhygienic, it needs a proper cleanse, shower head in main bathroom don’t stay up on the slider, the fitting is broken. Besides these small discrepancies it was awesome, thank you.

The position is great as it’s quiet but just a short walk from the main part of town. Lots of walking from the door. It was very clean with immaculate linens. It’s also a boon to have the garage to park in, especially on a weekday when the road fills up with cars very quickly- on weekends it’s empty!The only thing letting it down a little is the carpet which is a little stained in places and a couple of the bathroom fittings probably need replacing. I imagine that it is a work in progress for the owners upgrading it as some parts have obviously been upgraded already. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again if we were visiting the area again.
