1st bedroom has 1x Queen bed with an ensuite
2nd bedroom has 1x Super king bed that can be made into single beds if you wish
3rd bedroom has 1x Super king bed that can be made into single beds if you wish
4th bedroom has its own ensuite but has its own kitchen and lounge with private access as well as internal entry to the main part of the house.

The deck is accessed from the lounge and can be used to enjoy the long summer evenings, or you can sit in the ambiance of the fire which heats the lounge and enjoy the surroundings.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with the option of two sofa beds for any extra guests.
