Taste Kaiaua's famous fish and chips at Kaiaua Fisheries Restaurant. Dine in their licensed restaurant or enjoy wrapped takeaway food.
Pukorokoro Miranda Shorebird Centre is an excellent stop to escape the city and have a look at some of New Zealand’s amazing bird life. Best bird-watching is two hours either side of high tide. The Seabird Coast is a popular attraction, home to up to 20,000 migratory seabirds and waders, rich in marine life, and an ideal spot for bird watching, picnics and fishing.

Lovely rural setting

Fabulous elevated view over farmland to the Firth of Thames. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed and living room. Nice to have a chat to Barry about the area and the 1-day old calf

The property could do with a deep clean. The shower was cold and the bathroom floor needs replacing. On the positive side, the property has lovely views and is in a peaceful quiet location.
