The Space:
The holiday home boasts four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, and includes a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Bedroom Two also offers a queen bed and a Clayton’s ensuite bathroom, which is accessible both from the bedroom and the hallway. Bedroom Three is equipped with a single bed, and Bedroom Four offers another queen bed. The living room offers a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Outside, a courtyard spa pool is located just off the dining and kitchen area, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind under the stars. The expansive garden provides ample space for children to play and explore.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire holiday home, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a private backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. Enjoy the hot tub, and make use of the garage and free parking on the premises.

Public transport is accessible with bus stops located nearby, connecting you to Rotorua's key destinations. For those biking the Redwoods Forest, it's about a km bike away. House is comfortable, no issues, lovely grounds. Would recommend and would stay again.

This spacious and comfortable home was in a great location near lovely walks, biking tracks and town. The gorgeous gardens surrounding the home were in full bloom. We all enjoyed the spa pool and wifi too.

A spacious, characterful haven

This vast, rambling manor is a rare gem. The master bedrooms are almost comically large. The kitchen is well appointed. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable - the large screen TV with access to Disney+ was an unexpected bonus. The garden is an absolute delight, especially in spring with a riot of flowers.

Simply Brilliant

Had a wonderful 2 day stay. The house ( beautifully laid out and appointed ), superb location, the gorgeous garden........ The cliche of a 'home away from home' perfectly sums up this wonderful property. We will be back to enjoy it again in the Winter months when it will be even cosier and more welcoming. Family holiday

It was lovely to arrive at the house to find the outside lights and heating on for us. The location to the MTB tracks was awesome. Spa pool was lovely after a ride or walk. Table tennis table was loads of fun for everyone. The gardens are beautiful and would love to see them in the spring. We had an excellent time and would happily book again.

It was a group of four sisters, with unfortunately one not being able to join us due to damage to house in cyclone Gabrielle. The property was well maintained and spacious both inside and out. Basic supplies of tea, coffee etc were plentiful, and two towels for each person a treat.

Great holiday home for family

I stayed for 3 days in this beautiful holiday house with my family. (3 people + 1 puppy) Great location, hassle free check in/out, gorgeous backyard (garden) and cool hot tub! The house is fully fenced but as my puppy is too small so I couldn’t let him alone outside. Apart from that, everything was perfect:)
