Disappointing

We arrived and heated pool was not working.It took 5 .5 days of contacting and not being seriously looked at.The pump was cracked before we got thereShould have been checked .Kids could not us or adults.Disappointed, we were there 7 days .Still waiting for a refund No contact and I tried

Property was not clean prior to arrival. Spent first day cleaning and washing beds. Communication with property manager was not great. We arrived on a Saturday. Housekeeping supposedly came on Wednesday with no notice given to us and our shoes were moved that is how we knew someone was in the house. Nothing was cleaned. Property manager said they would refund cleaning deposit but there has been no response to that. It was a horrible

Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage, bietet viel Platz und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ausreichend gross. Hinter zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich im Aussenbereich der Generator der Klimaanlage, so dass es sehr laut ist.Das Haus ist im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung, allerdings können wir es aufgrund des Verhaltens des Anbieters "Roelens Vacations" nicht weiterempfehlen.
