Our self-managed holiday home is a modern, compact five-bedroom property consisting of a spacious master bedroom, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. For maximum comfort, the home is ideally suited for 6-8 people, but can accommodate up to 10 through sharing queen sized beds.

Bedrooms and configuration:
Bedroom #1/Master Bedroom: Largest bedroom with Queen sized bed, 55” SmartTV, leather seat, dressing table.
Bedroom #2: Generous sized room with Queen sized bed with lush green garden view.
Bedroom #3: 2 x King-Single sized beds.
Bedroom #4: Queen sized bed with lush green garden view.
Bedroom #5: Queen sized bed.
In each bedroom, a combination of under bed storage drawers, compact corner units and luggage racks provide storage for your clothes and belongings. All rooms have bedside lamps with USB charging sockets as well as privacy locks. Bedrooms #2-5 have customisable lighting. All-seasons quilts, linen and blankets are provided based on number of guests booking. During winter months, we ensure you remain toasty-warm with electric blankets.
Kitchen/Dining Area: this area is a single, convenient room; refer also to the floor plan.
Preparing Western or Asian meals is easy using induction cooking and an electric grill/oven in the well equipped kitchen. Cookware and a set of basic cookery condiments are included to ensure full meals can be prepared. Modern appliances include: a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press and Nespresso (traditional pods) coffee machine. Asian kitchen equipment includes a rice cooker, steamer and multifunction cooker and a wok. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The indoor dining table seats up to 8 guests. There is seating for a further 2 people at the kitchen bench seated at adjustable bar stools.
You will find essentials/consumables in the accommodation, including coffee pods and basic cooking condiments. Should you run out of these items and/or need groceries and beverages, nearby there are a Woolworths Metro Supermarket/BWS bottle shop (3 minutes’ drive) and a BP Petrol Service Station (5 minutes’ drive).
Lounge: relax and enjoy yourself in the lounge; sink into comfy leather sofas, an ottoman and floor cushions. A 65” SmartTV provides free-to-air TV, high speed fibre internet streaming or a display for your gaming console. Seated around the coffee table, a selection of board games means classic fun for all.
Bathrooms:there are two bathrooms. Both have tiled floors, shower, sink. mirror and heated towel rails. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are included. Bath towels are provided based on number of guests booking, in addition to face washers.
Back garden:a covered patio provides outdoor seating/dining for 8. Next to the patio is an easy to use five burner gas BBQ and extra stools for the firepit and larger parties.
The tiered garden includes an 9 square metre area with a 70cm firepit (bring your own firewood); gaze into those flames and roast some marshmallows with your besties! Use of the firepit strictly follows Fire Danger Ratings of the NSW Rural Fire Service. There will be days, particularly in warmer months, when the firepit cannot be used (we’ll advise).
Laundry:for longer stays, a large washing machine and dryer is located in second bathroom. There is also a large clothes line in the garden.
What Else You Need To Know
The tariff is based on 2 guests (adults or children). If more than 2 are staying, please enter the correct number to see the corresponding tariff. We routinely lock bedrooms for smaller booked parties. There is a maximum of 10 guests.
Our home is NOT SUITED FOR INFANTS. We have no cot/high chair/safety furniture/gates or secured back garden that we belive are essential to keep them safe and comfortable.
We use security cameras at the front of the house. We value privacy; we assure you that there will never be a camera on the back of the house and garden, and most definitely no cameras or monitoring devices inside the property itself.
House Rules
We are sorry, but pets are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking, vaping, bongs are not permitted inside the house.
We do not allow events and/or commercial photography on the premises.
Please consider and respect our lovely neighbours on both sides of the property. They permanently reside in the area. As a result, strictly no parties or events (beyond those registered) are permitted. Similarly, being quiet after 10pm is important to us.

The standard of everything in the house is excellent, the beds and bedding are very comfortable. There is every kitchen appliance you could possibly need, all top quality.Communication with Mark the host was a pleasure. We had need to contact him and he responded immediately. The garden is beautifully planted and maintained.Excellent location to Leura Mall and surrounding attractions.I would highly recommend Leura mist to my family and friends.
This house was perfect. We had everything we needed (sharp knives! air con! nice beds! space, board games, good showers, coffee machine...), and the Owners were communicative and friendly and very hospitable. We definitely hope to return.

Welcoming hosts Mark and Susan, and very well maintained property. Comfortable. Well situated in Leura but we think a car is essential to explore this and surrounding area. The property has all amenities in good condition. The kitchen is very well equipped. Wifi is strong. We had an unexpected problem ( for us and our host) with the Airconditioning unit. Mark, the host , was very responsive and gave us alternative heating arrangements for our stay, which worked out well. The property has lovely well kept garden areas, which would be better enjoyed in dry weather, which sadly we did not have. Mark and Susan provided our group of 4 adults with excellent information prior to arrival, and were easily contactable during our 4 day stay. We highly recommend Leura Mists to a small or larger group who will find this to be an excellent location to explore the area and a comfortable base to return to after a day out in the Blue Mountains.

Leura Mists really is easy modern comfort in Leura. Hosts very easy to communicate with, very well appointed property, great attention to detail in all rooms, very clean, cosy and walking distance to Leura. Had a great family weekend away and will happily return.

Wonderful place to stay for a group of mature women all needing their own bed and space! This was perfect for us and extremely well appointed with everything we needed. Beds and linen were super comfortable and the place was so quiet but accessible to Leura town centre. Also extremely clean with no unnecessary clutter - felt right at home. Thank you so much!
We had a wonderful time at our accommodation. We had a fire, bathrooms were spotless and supplied with beautiful products to use. A few basic necessities in the kitchen were much appreciated. There were two books with lots of information on things to do and see! Will definitely recommend and use again!
This is a lovely comfortable 5 bedroom home which easily housed our family of six. The bedrooms, while on the small side (except for the large master bedroom), were comfortable as were the beds - 4 queen size and two singles. The living area was comfortable and we had lovely times playing board games or watching TV. The kitchen was very well equipped so our "family chefs" were able to show their skills. We didn't use the outside areas much as Leura in mid-winter is not tropical.
We especially appreciated the little extra touches from Mark, the owner.
