View 21 is the ultimate escape in the Blue Mountains — perfect for a few days or weeks away, ideal for three couples or a large family.
This architecturally designed home offers a blend of luxury, privacy, and relaxation, featuring a fully tiled indoor heated swimming pool (28°C) and spa (38°C), a gourmet stainless steel kitchen, an enclosed BBQ area with a Weber BBQ, and breathtaking views over the Blue Mountains and surrounding national park.

There are three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own in-floor heated bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third offers two king single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its TV.

The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the terrace, creating the perfect setting for entertaining or unwinding while enjoying the ever-changing light over the landscape. The lounge room also features a TV with access to Netflix.

Situated between the main terrace and the dining room, the enclosed BBQ kitchen enables guests to enjoy gourmet BBQs in any weather.

Guests have general access to the entire property, except for the garage, storage, and other areas marked as private.

The maximum number of people accommodated at View 21 is six, plus one child under 1 year old. We reserve the right to evict guests without a refund if the number of guests exceeds this limit.
