Graceland is fully equipped 3 bedroom home overlooking the Kanimbla Valley. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (each with queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms one with extra large bath. Open fireplace, gas heating, electric blankets, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 2 T.V.'s., DVD and extensive DVD collection.

Downstairs 1 very large bedroom with queen size bed and 2 single beds and billiard table. Also a 3rd bathroom.

Breathtaking view from our own private lookout

Wonderfully refreshing stay. House is full of character and the views were breathtaking.The host went extra length to provide everything we needed to make us comfortable.The walk down the mountain from the house is a must...Highly recommended.

Very tidy, easy place to enjoy in any weather!

We stayed just for two nights arriving late in torrential rain and cloud. House was clean, tidy and as expected! Enjoyed the fire and then when the clouds and rain cleared the next day enjoyed the outstanding view!

A balcony you don’t want to leave

4 mates, a log fire and a view! Doesn’t get better. Graceland is a spacious and well set up cabin with a million dollar view. Loved it. Ps Hotel Etico in the village is a 10 minute walk and pretty unique.

Relaxing birthday getaway

I stayed at Ralph’s place over the weekend with family. The view is absolutely breathtaking, we had a bbq on the Saturday and just enjoyed sitting there and enjoying the view. There is plenty of rooms and bathrooms to share. There is also a bonus pool table downstairs which we got to practice our long lost skills again. At night we cozied up by the fireplace and made some smores. It was a joy to escape the city with my family here and would definitely book again. Ralph was also very responsive to any questions I had.

Weekend Stay

We found property in great location with fantastic views, some of kitchen needs were missing, dish washer did not function 100%, down stairs bedroom suffered from squeaking floor from above. We went to Mt Vic Flicks, old charm theatre Easy access to Hartley or Blackheath

So cold we had to come home

The view from the balcony and sitting room is amazing. Best I've ever seen! However, the place is draughty. The fireplace is big and the pieces of wood huge, with no axe. Hard to manage and can't leave the fire loaded and go out. The big open stairs to the basement in the middle of the sitting room didn't help. The heaters were not up to the job. The weather was freezing and the house was soooo cold. We came home to Sydney. Very disappointing. Maybe better in better weather but not a house for winter !!!!

What a lovely place to stay. Our teenage boys summed up Graceland the best: "a ski lodge, just without the chairlifts". So many sleeping options for our family of 4 - we had 2 spare bedrooms haha! Pool table and fireplace were big winners for us. Close to good eating options in both Mt Victoria & Blackheath. Thank you for providing such a great venue for our winter holiday break!

Loved our weekend here

We only stayed a couple of nights but would have loved to stay longer and would definitely return. There were a couple of slightly dated features in the property but a lovely renovated bathroom and it was really well stocked with everything you could need. But the main thing about this property is the view. You can cosy down in front of a fire on a cold night (or even morning) - and in June we did find it really cold and look out at this amazing view. The electric blankets were also much appreciated. There are also a couple of lovely viewpoints only a short walk away from the property, which is really conveniently located for all the attractions of the area. We are missing it already.
