Riverfront House, Sleeps 10, at Wildcat Shoals Boat Ramp, Excellent Bank Fishing
The Sugar Magnolia River House Cabin is a privately owned home located in a quiet area of the Renowned White River. It is located right next to our other property the Trout House Cabin. A relaxing atmosphere where you can catch a trophy trout wading in the backyard. Relax with either our inside all glass living room or one of our several porches with a fantastic view of the White River. Walk out onto a large deck that surrounds the front of the house to watch a trout jump or a bald eagle fly by. Enjoy your evening in our large outdoor kitchen with picnic table and fire pit. The property is so accessible your fishing guide can meet you steps away at the boat ramp or even swing you by mid day to swap out who fishes - we find this very convenient for children and wives! The White River is the Trout Capital of the World and is famous for Rainbow, Brown, Cutthroat and Brook Trout fishing 12 months a year. We are within walking distance of Wildcat Shoals one of the best fly fishing areas on the White River. This cabin has a large front yard on the river side with ample fishing space and large back yard with picnic tables, grills, fire pit for campfire, and plenty of parking if you bring your boat. A great place for kids to play when not fishing or swimming. We are centrally located for many activities and within driving distance of Blanchard Springs Caverns, Silver Dollar City, Branson, Missouri, the National Buffalo River, Crooked Creek, Norfork Tailwater, Dry Run Creek, Bull Shoals Lake, Norfork Lake and historical Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

The house was amazing!! We loved the large living area, the big bar and the fully stocked kitchen. The location was nice and quiet with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again.
Spacious indoor and outdoor entertainment areas with amazing views of the White River near Cotter. This clean cozy cabin made for a welcomed get away. Great space for people who like to cook. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of cozy seating throughout the main area with an abundance of seating in four outdoor areas. Good location for our fishing guide to meet us with the public access next door.
One of my all time favorite vacation rentals. Large kitchen & family room to accommodate large groups. The view of the river is awesome for early morning coffee or evening cocktails. Will definitely be back.
The home is so clean and well situated for friends and family. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy. The property owners truly understand how to provide a great vacation stay for their guests. Awesome cabin, will be staying here quite often.

Thanks Scott, we look forward to hosting you again soon!
Chase's place was an excellent place for our group of fly fishing friends. Right next to boat launch at Wildcat. House was clean, well stocked, beds were great, and communication was easy. Great outdoor spaces at the house. Will stay again.
House was clean. Easy communication. Have every thing you’ll need. Needs some house maintenance. Outdoor area/ kitchen needs some attention. Might try some new lawn mower guys
Really nice property, great house and location. Caught a lot of fish and enjoyed family time. All of the beds actually sleep really good. Chase is a great host!!! We will be back!!
Couldn’t have found a better property and had a better time. Caught plenty of fish and thoroughly enjoyed it. Chase was quick to respond to any and all questions. Hope to visit this place again!
Great visit with spectacular day on the white river. All so tired on Saturday evening we cooked on the grill and ate and right to sleep! Quiet and peaceful place. Enjoyed it very much!
Spent the weekend in Cotter for a race event and the house on the River was perfect. Had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the view of the river from the family room spectacular. House was very comfortable for 4 adults and could have held more. Would gladly go back.

Thank you and so enjoyed having you and hope you did well in the race. Look forward to you returning some time. Have a nice Thanksgiving.
Overall we were very pleased with the house. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. My only complaint is their had been no attempt to clean up the outdoor kitchen area, so it was not usable. We could use the grill but everything else in that area was very dirty. Overall a very nice location and great views of the river.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the kitchen setup, comfortable beds, and the beautiful views of the river—those are some of our favorite features, too.
We sincerely apologize that the outdoor kitchen area wasn’t up to our usual high standards. That space is a guest favorite, and we typically make sure it’s fully cleaned and ready to enjoy. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it’s spotless and fully usable for future guests.
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and we’re grateful for your feedback—it helps us keep improving. We’d love to host you again for an even better experience next time!
We stayed for six days and don't think we could have found a better home. While the fish didn't bite that well the abundance of wildlife was enjoyed.Rented a river boat half mile down the road and a pontoon boat for the lake.
Chase was awesome to work with.
The house location was perfect location for fishing, visiting family close by and riding our trike on our favorite Arkansas routes.
We loved the size and layout of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Also there was plenty of seating in the livingroom area with an awesome view of the river. We also loved the large kitchen with lots of counter space, 2 sinks and room for making meals together.
Cant wait to book our next stay.
Great location for fishing the White River. Walk out the back door to some of the best trout fishing. If you’re going out with a guide they can meet you at the boat ramp which is a two minute walk. House is comfortable and the full view of the river from the living room was great. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook every meal.
This place was gorgeous. Right on the river by the boat dock. Has 4 teenagers and 3 adults plenty of room!! Had a issue with the water heater but the property owner was awesome and had it replaced the next day. Very friendly and helpful !! Would definitely stay again
