The house is well-kept, clean and spacious, full of period charm. The beds were super comfortable (a rare find), and the house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location is very convenient to the centre of town on a relatively peaceful street. The local coffee shop, Bill's Beans, serves excellent coffee and brekkie! I would absolutely stay here again. Many thanks!

In the cold climate of Orange I strongly recommend that heating be turned on in the winter months prior to guests arrival. It was so cold the first night that I had to sleep in my clothes to stay warm by the second night with heating on the house had warmed up. The heating control in one of the front rooms was not working properly so no heating to be had there. At this price point I would have expected better extras i.e. good tea and coffee, not the cheapest brands.
The stay was very cosy and relaxing. The property is well maintained, clean and located centrally. There is no national park that we wanted to visit. Unsure why the website keeps asking about the National Parks.
