As a guest, you'll have access to exceptional facilities, including an outdoor heated infinity pool, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. Convenient on-site parking is also available. The apartment’s prime location allows you to easily stroll to nearby restaurants, cafes, the Mandurah Ocean Marina, and the beach. You can also walk along the stunning boardwalks of the Mandurah Estuary, enjoying the views and wildlife.

By Car: Having a car provides flexibility for exploring Mandurah and the surrounding Peel region. There are plenty of parking options in the town center, and roads are well-maintained and easy to navigate. With a car, you can visit nearby attractions like Dolphin Quay, the beautiful Serpentine Falls, or venture a little further to explore the Peel-Harvey Estuary and other natural landmarks. CHECK-IN TIME
- from 3 pm onwards.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.

CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.

GUESTS
- Guests have to fill out the check-in form and supply their ID at least 24 hrs before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people, your children etc.
- Companies are welcome once they book under the travellers' names.

RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.

PARKING
-There is a parking bay available.
