The beach is just steps away from the back door, making it perfect for beach lovers. Swim, surf, or simply relax on the sand—all right at your doorstep!
This side-by-side single-level duplex can also be rented as a whole, making it an ideal option for extended family or groups of friends. Enjoy panoramic views of Catalina Island, magical sunsets, and the lively beach atmosphere.
After a day of fun in the sun, explore the nearby seaside cities of Dana Point and San Clemente, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. This location is also perfect for day trips to the San Diego Zoo, Mission San Juan Capistrano, and Disneyland.
