We found the house worked really well for our needs. The location was great and it was really quiet. The beds are comfortable but you should be aware that they are low. We had a fun time.

The inside of the house was clean enough. Hanging out on the back yard was not really possible. The deck is rotted out and there wasn’t really a place to hang out unless you brought chairs from inside to go outside they’re supposedly as a garden and a garden deck, but the wood was all rotted out and you could not go on it plus rusty nails sticking out of the bench. I’m unsure of what is meant by children’s playground. There was nothing of any sorts. There’s an empty above ground swimming pool with rotted decking all around it. The inside was fine with bare minimal of kitchen. Utensils beds were fine for an Airbnb. Front door handle is broken. It was very hard to get in and out of the house and locking up the door was a challenge..
Great house to stay in. Only things I wasn't fond of were the pool that wasn't filled/available for use (I'm guessing an insurance thing), a run down motorhome parked on the side of the house, not being able to use at least one of the garage bays, and no large garbage can to empty the house garbage in.
The only problem is no Air conditioner and we have problem opening the door. But the house is very big and spacious and very nice. The hosts is always available when needed.
