Thank you for staying at our O'Fallon,MO home and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the stay felt just “fine” instead of exceptional. I appreciate the note about the storm drain in the backyard — we’ll have maintenance inspect that area today and evaluate options (covers or signage) to reduce the hazard for small dogs. Glad the location worked well for ball‑field events. If you’d like to share any other suggestions, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. Melissa | JZ Vacation Rentals

ChatGPT said: Christopher, thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for being so open about how the stay felt for you. I’m genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t match what you were hoping for, especially during an important trip. I understand why that would leave you frustrated, and I appreciate you trusting us enough to share it directly. Your feedback is being taken seriously on our end. We want our homes to feel consistently well cared for and worth what guests are paying, and when that doesn’t happen, we need to hear it so we can correct course. I’ll be reaching out to you through Vrbo so we can connect privately. If you’re open to a quick conversation, I’d really value the chance to listen more, clear up anything we can, and work toward a fair resolution with you. Ghezzel | JZ Vacation Rentals
