About this property

You will enjoy your stay at this quiet 2 story home. This house is a 2 bedroom home with 2 full bath, 3 queen beds, set of bunk beds, full kitchen, washer, dryer, electric heat. There is a swift running creek that runs through the back of the property. Sits on an acre of beautiful property. Enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family at this cabin tucked into the woods. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the back porch and listen to the swift running creek or Sit by the outdoor fire pit in the evening and enjoy the lightning bugs show. Make sure to look off to the right in the big open field for elk that graze in the evenings off the main entrance road.

This house is a super clean house that is thoroughly sanitized between each tenants. It is a peaceful home and makes for a very relaxing staycation!

15 minutes from Maggie Valley, 20 minutes from Waynesville NC. 1 hour from Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg, TN. 10 minutes from the Cataloochee state park entrance. This house is located approximately 15 minutes from the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds where all types of events and functions are held. Check out happenings in Maggie Valley to see the upcoming events. There is Wireless Internet with 2 flat screen 55 inch Smart TVs with Netflix. One in bedroom upstairs and one in living room. Smoke free and pet free. Please note, this house is located in a country setting and is not in a rural, house to house community. Thanks!

Please note we upgraded the router and there is one in each room. Look for Cindy as the internet wifi and the password is Mountains With a capital M.

Please note, the heat knobs are on the wall. Please turn all the way down before checking out. Also make sure the breaker for the heat is on. Breaker box is in downstairs bathroom.

The prefect peacefully cabin

The creek behind the cabin is so peaceful sounding. Loved sitting on the back porch. The cabin is just what we needed. It tucked away in the woods. We had a wonderful time.

Owners are amazing!

Our stay was very different. Upon our arrival, someone else had been there and stayed unannounced and didn’t clean nor make the owners aware. I immediately contacted the owners and they responded promptly! They agreed to refund our stay, drove 3 hours to change locks on the property. During the discussion back and forth they were nothing but professional, kind and respectful. The property is adorable and we will be reserving again! The waterfall off the back porch is AMAZING! I can’t say enough about the owners and how easy they were to work with, I look forward to working with them again soon.
