“Sunrise Vista” available for Short-Term rental in Smoky mountains with rare amazing VIEW of Crabtree Bald, Max Patch peaks from deck while sipping coffee/wine. Nestled in the nature with coolest breeze(~ <8-10 degrees temp difference) at the top of the mountain.

Rare ~5000 ft elevation new construction for relaxing vacation with all bells and whistles.

Bears, Elks & Deers are frequent in the mountain.

All roads in community are paved till the property. Driveway is gravel and for 4x4 vehicles or Guests with 2WD can park at the parking spot on top of the driveway. 2 cars parking space.
