Beautiful location, we could hear the sounds of the waves from the bedroom. We spent a lot of time just sitting at the balcony and staring at the sea. We saw black pelican, dolphins, live conch and off course seagulls. The condo is very clean, it seemed all appliances are new and quite spacious for our small family. Will recommend.

This condo is in a great location to keep the car parked and still have access to touristy shops and eateries in easy walking distance. Beach was easily accessible and, (Community) pool and hot tub were clean. The room had comfortable seating for all. Communication from owner was timely and not too much. Overall good stay.

Place is a great overall value for being right on the beach. Always going to be things that could be better, but you can't get any closer to the beach with any better of a view!

I would have had a hair dryer in both bathrooms. And I would’ve provided shampoo, conditioner, and more soap.

We overall very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The view is incredible from the balcony. We had family that joined us and they stated this rental was one of the best they have booked on this beach strip. We loved having direct access to the beach, it is very close and easy to get to. Having the pool as an alternative option to the beach for the kids was also great. We were able to enjoy the night while in the pool area, grilling and having dinner. The unit had everything we needed, larger room than we had expected based on the photos. We would book this rental again.

Something for Everyone

We've been coming to Sea Breeze for many years and I've always been pleased. Everything is always well cleaned and starter-stocked nicely....and those rare times when an issue occurs, Liz and Charles have been quick to respond and address the issue. Things happen, weather impacts visits, but their performance and what they represent never falters! There is so much to do in this area if you want, or not...and the restaurants are fabulous. No matter what your age or mobility, there's something for everyone.

The overall trip was pretty seamless. We had a family of four. The two adult children (oxymoron) stayed in the master suite with the two queen beds. We, the parents, took the guest queen. Place was clean, pool was nice, and the view was great even during the downpour.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo. A little outdated; however, very clean, pretty, comfortable, had everything we needed. Shower sprayers were too powerful for us with no option to reduce water pressure & seems like wastes a lot of water. Otherwise, great place.

Awesome Condo

We had a wonderful time in Madeira Beach. The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, cups, glasses, etc. to have meals in the room. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to walk to shopping and entertainment. We are appreciative of the thought put into having things available in the condo ie beach/sand toys, chairs and games for rainy days. Thank you for having the condo available so families can make memories.

This condo was good, but not as equipped as other condos we've stayed in the past. No can opener, the umbrella for the beach was broken, limited supply of toilet paper & awful quality.

Amazing view! The pool and hot tub is still out of order but it was cold and we would not have used it anyway. Very nice set up and spacious. Good location, walked to Johns Pass a couple times!
