This beautiful piece of property sleeps 6 comfortably with a fully stocked kitchen and your own private balcony!

The main bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, as well as a trundle bed that has 2 full matresess. This room also has a connecting full bathroom, as well as a dresser and closet space. Lastly, this room has access to the balcony.

The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed as well as its own closet and dresser. The second bathroom is located right outside of the room as well.

This space has plenty of room with its open concept and is the perfect place for your next vacation!

Sean was responsive to all my questions and concerns in a timely and friendly manner. The unit was just as pictured—beautiful and well stocked (only Kleenex not provided). We loved the view from the balcony and caught a gorgeous sunset the first night and a light show (lightening) the second! Also appreciated that the balcony was above the hot tub and pool area. The pool was warm and the hot tub lived up to its name— very enjoyable being we didn’t have the best weather. We also made good use of the grill and lounging area. All of the other condo residents were very friendly and congenial. There seemed to be plenty of parking spaces. Everything one would need for the beach was also provided along with several beach towels. The elevator worked for the most part (it was out of commission briefly but back up and running really quickly). The private beach was beautiful and well-maintained and just steps from the pool/spa area. Being close to John’s Pass and having a 7-eleven across the street made for a perfect location. Uber drivers were easy to access for our nights out when we didn’t want to drive. The fact that we were able to rent the condo for only two nights on short notice was a bonus! Highly recommend!

Great ocean view

Property was great and very clean. Was some what surprised when I was not able to locate the washer and dryer in the unit. Was talking with another guest and was told that they didn't have one either. We found them on the 4th floor that are shared with others. I didn't see this in the listing. Overall the stay was great would stay again.
