On the lower floor, 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, second living room and fully equipped kitchen, veranda, garden, and sea view deck with garden furniture, dining table, sun loungers and jacuzzi.
The villa is ideally located just 3 minutes from the centre of Porticcio, shops, restaurants and beaches.

Superbe maison à Porticcio

Superbe maison à Porticcio. La vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio est à couper le souffle. La maison est très jolie, propre, fonctionnelle et au calme, avec une literie confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et Suson, notre hôte, a été très agréable et accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Au delà de nos attentes, villa et vue …superbe !

Une vue à couper le souffle, une décoration soignée et luxueuse, un joli coin de paradis pour profiter des vacances. Les hôtes sont disponibles, gentils et serviables. Nous avons profité de leurs bons conseils, les commerçants, les visites, les bons restaurants. La plage et les commerces sont à 3 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup mieux que la description...

Les propriétaires sont tous ce qu'on peut attendre : très réactifs avant le séjour,de très bon conseil pendant, à l'écoute de la moindre requête, charmants et d'une gentillesse hors paire. La villa bien loin de la description: elle est encore mieux!!!.... Les équipements, la décoration, l'agencement et surtout LA VUE !!!!!!! Petit conseil : installez vous au coin de la terrasse devant le séjour avec un cocktail et ne bougez plus!!! L'emplacement est idéal : proche de toutes les commodités et commerces que l'ont peut souhaiter ainsi que de très belles plages. Nous sommes tombés sur cette villa par hasard: nous avons eu la chance de profiter d 'une annulation de dernière minute sur Abritel; non sommes venus par hasard , mais une chose est sure : nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation....
