Wonderful stay in Les Arcs

Property is ideally located ski-in ski-out in Les Arcs 1950 (The best village IMO). Apartment is a clean and well equipped corner unit that gets nice natural light and is a reasonable size for 4 adults. The apartment building is showing some age and the ski room is a bit small, otherwise I would book the place again.

Great flat in 1950 on 4th floor. We enjoyed the use of the Spa in the building and a great New Years Eve party in the square.

Lovely apartment

A fabulous apartment in the heart of Arc 1950. Despite the lack of snow during the week we were still able to ski in and out of the resort. The apartment is very well equipped and perfect for family group or friends.

Everything was fine, but no cutting board. Please add this essential item. I had to buy a set. As a courtesy, I left the small one. When we made a fire, there was a funky, plastic smell…Not sure what it was. We have 2 fireplaces at home and are familiar with chimneys. The rest was fine, spotless clean and quiet.

Bonjour il y a une grande planche à découper en plastique soit vous ne l’avez pas trouvé soit elle a disparue, en ce qui concerne l’odeur de plastique dans la cheminée je ne saurais vous répondre elle a été ramonée au mois d’octobre 2025 et on ne m’a rien rapporté. Great apartment

This is a lovely apartment, good sized bedrooms, spacious lounge area, balcony with view of the village, comfortable sofa and chairs. Two heated towel rails good for drying. Lift straight up from the main car park. Good ski locker and direct slope access. Can’t fault it!

Property was as described. Clean, spacious and quiet. Its an end flat so quiet with nice view of the village. Kitchen is well equiped. Beds very comfortable. Parking is just below the building so easy access. The organisation was very clear no issues with key and access. Thank you.

Fantastic location ski in ski out from outside the front door

Fantastic location and spacious apartment in Arc 1950. The photos don’t do it justice! Our party was made up of two couples and it was perfect for a one week stay. Great location, very quiet. Very clean and everything you need. It also had access to a jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. It is ski in / ski out from right outside the apartment block. No cars are allowed in the town so to access you have to drive into the underground car park and there are lifts up to all properties.

Family Ski Break

Great apartment and perfect for a weeks stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). This was our 3rd trip to Les Arc 1950 and this was our favourite apartment. The apartment was spacious, well equipped in the kitchen with 2 nice bedrooms and 2 showers, perfect after a days skiing. Also a lovely balcony for an afternoon drink when the sun was out. It was also right next to Club Cariboo where the kids went each day. I communicated with Jean Baptiste a few times before our arrival and received prompt and courteous replies each time. Thanks again, hope to stay with you next season.

La description du logement correspond à la réalité. Emplacement idéal et appartement très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol, la chambre principale est sombre car il y a uniquement une fenêtre de toit qui est recouverte de neige.

Excellent séjour. Le logement est bien placé, à proximité de tous les commerces. Départ ski aux pieds. L'aire d'évolution des pioupious est à moins de 50m de la résidence !Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il est très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.Tout petit bémol pour la chambre qui est mansardée : l'isolation n'est pas optimale. On sent le froid rentrer entre les poutres, mais nous n'avons pas eu froid pour autant.Globalement, nous avons été très satisfait par notre semaine aux arcs 1950 !

Rien à redire, tout était parfait.

Aucun souci lors du séjour. L'appartement est très spacieux et très calme, très bien situé dans la station des Arcs 1950. Propriétaire réactif, procédure d'arrivée très claire. Seul petit point à noter : accès à piscine extérieure chauffée, hammam jacuzzi dans la résidence mais pour ceux qui connaissent, pas accès à la piscine intérieure du prince des cimes. A vrai dire pas pas gênant au final.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé à Arc 1950. Trois pièces confortable et très propre. Au pied des pistes, au cœur des Arcs 1950, nous avons profité de la quiétude de ce lieu qui si que de la piscine et des jacuzzis. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. La communication avec Jean Baptiste a été aisée et efficace.
