Amazing Experience

This was more than just a place to stay, it was truly an experience. The attention to detail was truly remarkable. All of the customizable lighting, the themed rooms, and every amenity provided was in a very clean and organized format. The pictures and description cannot truly articulate how much fun it was to just enjoy every aspect of our stay. The host is the best we have ever encountered, with the communication and guided tour upon arrival, Randi is second to none. We just returned from here yesterday, and we are already checking the calendar to book it again.

All I can say is WOW!!

Everything about our booking and the stay itself went SO smoothly. Randi was an AMAZING hostess from start to finish. Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in the space.We were in Spring City last year around the same time for a family vacation, and we stayed at a hotel that, let's just say, was a bit lacking. It put a real damper on the time we were there. That's why I decided to try for something better for us this year to surprise our adult kids. We were all blown away when we arrived at "The Grotto". It's even better than in the pictures. It started with the beautiful walkway leading to the space, the wagons provided to move stuff to & from our car, the amazingly imaginative rooms, and all of the amenities and supplies provided. They though of everything!The little personal touches added the icing to the cake. Randi left us a bottle of wine, eggs from the nearby alpaca farm, and a snack tray that my kids dug into immediately after our long drive from Pittsburgh. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets stored throughout the place. There were even q-tips, cotton pads, kleenex, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, other soaps, and TP in the bathrooms. No need to bring any of that from home.My husband enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill that was provided. Just ask Randi if you don't see the supplies for it. She may need to pull it out of storage for you."The Grotto" will be our go-to place from now on when we're in the Spring City area!!
