Welcome to Sunset Escape, hosted by InvitedHome. When you step into the main level of this luxury mountain home, you’re met with expansive windows offering stunning views of the ski mountain. The high ceilings and rustic finishes create a welcoming atmosphere. Key amenities include ski storage space near the garage entryway, walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and popular restaurants/shopping, a balcony with seating and a fire pit, a lower lounge area with a wet bar, and a large private lot.

The fully-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, including a Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator, with a large center island. The adjacent living area has a stone fireplace, television, and cozy section. Off the living room, you may also access the patio, where you can take in the stunning views of the nearby ski resort while staying warm around the gas fire pit.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and steam shower. Here you’ll also find the first guest bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite. Downstairs, there are three additional guest rooms, one with a private ensuite, while the other two share a spacious full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

In winter, Sunset Escape offers easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort with nearby shuttle service. During summer, enjoy fishing or kayaking on the Blue River, hiking the McCullough Gulch Trail, or biking at Breckenridge Mountain Bike Park.

For dinner, head to Rootstalk, the recent winner of the James Beard Award, which you can get to in under 15 minutes walking, or 3 minutes driving. Nearby, Main Street features boutique shops and outdoor gear stores. The Spa at Breckenridge and Meta Yoga Studios offer wellness and relaxation services.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- The maximum number of cars is 3.
- There is parking on the driveway, or three covered spaces in the three car garage.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
