Designed by renowned architect Fritz Eisenhofer, our beachfront home on the Kāpiti Coast offers a unique stay. This curvaceous gem blends modern comfort with artistic charm, featuring flowing spaces and plenty of natural light. Step outside for surf casting, kayaking, or surfing, and enjoy stunning coastal views. Relax year-round in the indoor pool or unwind in the games room. The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining area comfortably seats your group. The front deck extends from this space, providing stunning views of Kāpiti Island and the perfect spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Tasman Sea. Off the kitchen, you’ll find another deck with a spa for relaxing under the stars after a dip in the indoor (unheated) pool. For those who need to stay connected, there’s a small office area at the back, ideal for working remotely.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the provided paddle boards and kayak for fun on the water, and if you’re into fishing, don’t forget to bring your gear for surf casting right from the beach!

Downstairs, you’ll find a rustic games room or teenager’s den, complete with a table tennis table, air hockey, and foosball. If the weather turns, there’s a media nook with a PS4, board games, books, and a sofa bed. This side space also includes a large downstairs bedroom with a double bed.

The master bedroom upstairs offers a peaceful retreat where you can wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy a picture-perfect view of Kāpiti Island. The room includes a spacious ensuite with sea views and a private patio, perfect for your morning coffee.

In the same wing, there’s a bunk room (single over double), and a third room with a double bed and its own secret patio. These rooms share a bathroom. The laundry room with a washer, dryer, and outdoor drying area is conveniently located nearby.

The main dome houses the indoor pool and an additional WC. For the ultimate fresh breakfast, guests are welcome to collect fresh eggs daily from our friendly chickens!
